Resorts World Awana

I recently stayed and I was genuinely impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated — a perfect blend of comfort and modern elegance. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the high-quality linens, complimentary refreshments, and the stunning view from the balcony.

Our stay at Awena was fantastic! The frequent shuttle bus service to the cable car location was super convenient. We enjoyed breathtaking views from our villa, and the cleanliness and amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for families!

Greatly disappointed this time, I have ask to stay facing golf view because the last trip I was given 13562 and 13565 I requested to change because the racing was very bad. To my surprised I was told there is any more golf view. As I know the hotel wasn’t crowded or full at all. I stayed in 13565, pls see the picture I sent it was full of insects all over the bed and on top of the decor above the bed that can see it wast clean for a long tine. As we were too tired when we back into the room I cleared the bed and the floor where all the died and living files . The next morning I requested to change the room when I show the video. We were changed to room 18551 and 18552 . Both our room have lizards that my family didn’t even sleep well yesterday. Worst is my room 18552 the Aircon spoilt during the night. I have informed the hotel. Very disappointed as is it because we have good deals with trip.con cheaper offer and we were given the lousy room?

Toilet basin and tv console were not cleaned upon checked in. Noticed there was hair after shaving and loose sugar around tv area. Housekeeping can do a better job.

This is my first time staying at Resorts World Awana. I booked a double queen room with bunk beds. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet is a bit small but sufficient. Location is great, just across the road from the Genting Premium Outlet and around 7 minutes drive from Gohtong Jaya, where lots of restaurants are located. Breakfast wasn't good. Can skip. However, Ayu Awana, the restaurant beside the pool, served yummy and tasty food at reasonable prices. The 8 hours smoked beef sandwich with sourdough was delicious. The only downside was the price of the beers, which were on the high side. Overall, it's a nice hotel. Join the nature trail hike for an adventurous experience. Wonderful and knowledgeable guide.

Breakfast spread was okey. room was clean. eventtho from outside looks rundown, inside very sparkling due to new refurbish. overall satisfactory
