Booked it for a surprise bachelorette’s trip for my friend. After checking in front desk informed that there was no pillow case and they needed to deliver it over from another branch, which was not an issue as we checked in during noon and was okay to wait for it and it arrived in around 30 mins time. Staff were all pretty friendly, no complaints. What brought my rating down was the sound proofing (you can hear conversations from other rooms, and the traffic below the hotel clear as day) and finding cockroaches which was not a very big issue, but also BED BUGS that we discovered before we turned in on the 2nd night. Immediately packed up and checked out, forfeiting the 2nd night’s stay. Tried to request for at least a partial refund but they were unwilling to do that. Trip’s customer service was excellent and efficient in helping but was disappointed in the hotel in not wanting to at least provide a bit of compensation. Will definitely not recommend to book if you are picky on cleanliness or a light sleeper or do not want to bring bed bugs home as a souvenir.
